Broken Torsion Spring

If you garage door is jammed or straining to open it could be a sign a spring is broken.

Warped or Misaligned Track

A bent track can be the main reason for a door not to work correctly. It can also lead to more issues like cables to come off or sections to buckle.

Dry/Squeaky Rollers and Hinges

If your door is sticking or making noise as it tries to open or close the rollers and hinges may need to be lubricated or changed so they can run smoothly again.

Snapped Cables

A broken cable can prevent one side of your garage door from lifting or lock you out of your home entirely if neither side will move.

Dirty or Misaligned Safety Eyes

This is usually the explanation for a door that reverse itself before it has hit the ground.

Bad Remotes or Wall Buttons

If your wall button is on the fritz then it may be a wiring problem or just time for a new one. If the problem is with your remotes then most of the time the batteries are simply dead, but if you have already changed them out then call us to come program a new set for you.
